School is over. Grades are in. Just a few more exams.
I'm back to it. I was seeing a slip in my grades as I was focusing on workouts so I took a step back. Not anymore. I'm back to it starting yesterday.
6 rounds:
1x20ft rope climb
10 pushups
15 air squats
I also practiced shooting. I was shooting 44 magnum, 44 special, 22 rifle, ruger 22 pistol. I'm seeing improvement with my shooting. I can hit a 4 inch spread with the rifle from about 30 yards. It's certainly better than before.
As for the past month, I have not given up physical activity. Pool running in the morning 2x a week, soccer practice 3x a week, and I had 2 tournaments. I just haven't been doing extra workouts on my own.
I visited a couple of colleges during my tournaments. Harvard was nice, but the academy is just too sweet. I am resolved to go to the academy and I do not foresee anything that could change my mind.
HOOYAH! and it's good to be back.
