Rest day

Today was a rest day. I bought some food that im going to add to my meals hoping to increase my protein and calorie intake. Some of these foods include:
Plain yogurt with berries
Protein shake
Extra pb and j for lunch
Oatmeal for breakfast
Eggs for breakfast
Fruit fruit fruit

Afterwards practice 1hr 15min
(when i said rest i meant rest-ish)
Keeping it going
HOOYAH!
