Capitol run

Shoulder press:

6 mile run
300 ft elevation gain
47:30 averages to 7:55 miles

Next time I plan to have that down to at least 42:00. I ran with two officers one was a NROTC instructor and the other was a ultra marathoner. I am pleased to say I held my own.
