Swim
This morning I went for a short swim. I did 2 500yd swims in my gym's outdoor pool. The first one I finished in 12:00 min and the second in 11:30. I felt that not trying to go fast and to regulate my breathing helped a lot. I know these are awful swim times but I have a game later today and I don't want to push it too hard. Normally I do my 500yd in about 10 min. I really have to work on it this summer.
