Complex with two partners on a barbell treating it as a log. Lift to waist, clean to shoulder, press 3x, drop to other shoulder, waist, and ground. That is 1. 95# "log"

WV Workout

2 x15ft rope climb, no legs

I sprinted from our cabin, down to the bottom of our gully (valley) and up to the top of the opposite ridge, turned around and then ran back up to the house. 7:02 Total elevation gain was probably around 400ft

Log PT

I did 6 log carries across a 100 yd field. Each log was different, but they were all pretty heavy. I also dragged the top of two pine trees as a modified sled across the 100yds.
