Back from the GORUCK

Last weekend I did the GORUCK challenge in DC. I loved it. Had a lot of fun with my group of 37. We got sprayed with fire hoses and at one point we carried a 800 pould log for 2 miles. Still had a great time.

Russian Twist competition with my friend. We went at a constant pace and the first one to stop lost. I won at 330

I won at 35 but continued on to 70

Went with some friends to throw tje frisbee. Then we went to Corbits Glen where we jumped off the rope swing in to 40 degree water a couple of times. Finished the day with some 1v1 basketball
