End of soccer

This past weekend I went to a music festival so I couldn't workout. The following monday, I had my last soccer game. Yesterday was the first chance I got to work out 

3 x10 x155# Bench Press

5 rounds
1 min 35# overhead hold
1 min push ups
1 min squats

10 rounds
5 tire flips
10 GHD Sit Ups

75-50-25
Sit ups
Leg Levers
Flutter Kicks
